LEDUV light operation:
(1) First, connect all wires (including power lines) to the
interface between the equipment and the printing machine according
to the correct wiring method.
(2) Control the signal interface. After connecting all the wires,
open the water tank cover of the chassis and inject about
two-thirds of the water into it. Press the power switch on the
chassis. At this time, an alarm will sound because the water is not
fully filled in the chassis. Continue to inject until the chassis
no longer alarms, and stop injecting water. During the injection
process, water overflow is strictly prohibited.
(3) Don't rush to turn on the light after filling it with water.
First, fold the water pipe and check if the computer case alarms.
If the alarm proves everything is normal, the light can be turned
on. (Note: After connecting the device to the machine, if the
machine is not turned on and the signal light cannot be turned on,
the light will not light up.) After the machine is operating
normally, the light will work normally according to the signal
provided by the machine.
Troubleshooting of LEDUV Lamp Routine Problems:
If the light is not on and the chassis alarms, please check if the
signal given to the light is incorrect or if the light is not
receiving a signal.
If the light is not on and the chassis alarms, please check if the
water pipe is bent and if the chassis is filled with water.
If the light is not on, the chassis will sound an alarm. All
channel signals have been checked and found to be correct. There
